If you find yourself marked as subscribed when trying to sign up although you have never signed up, please contact our Customer Service Center, so that we can help you sign up as a member.

In accordance with our routine record keeping, we may delete certain records that contain Personal Information you have submitted through the Sites. We are under no obligation to store such Personal Information indefinitely and disclaim any liability arising out of, or related to, the destruction of such Personal Information. In addition, you should be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover the account of a member who has once withdrawn from the membership.

Yes, you can rejoin even after withdrawal, but your existing membership history and benefits you have, such as order history, points, and membership tier, will not be restored.

Please, note that your points, and other benefits that you have will be permanently deleted when you delete your membership. Taking this into consideration, please be prudent with your choice.
If you want to delete your account permanently, please contact our Customer Service Center so that we can promptly help you with your inquiry.

Non-members can also use the shopping mall. However, please understand that Membership Benefits such as reward of points will not be provided.

Once your subscription has been completed, the ID change is not possible.

The points that have become invalid according to the expiration date cannot be restored. However, in case of refund, cancellation, or return of the product due to reasons attributable to our company, it may be restored after checking with our customer service center.

If you use the shopping mall as a non-member, you cannot earn points, which is a membership benefit.

Once you cancel an order, it is impossible to reverse the cancellation. Please use the service by re-ordering.

Should you request an exchange/return as you simply changed your mind or for a specific reason, go to My Page > Order Details to request it. But, you cannot exchange your products in an order, please cancel or return and re-order.

Yes, go to check My Page > Order Details page, you can cancel the products that are in the 'Product Preparation' step among the products you have ordered. However, it cannot be canceled after the 'Product in Preparation' step.

If a defective product has been delivered, please go to My Page > Order Details to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note, all personalized and/or engraved items are final sale and non-refundable or Exchangeable. Barneys-beauty.com purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@gloentgroup.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at cs@gloentgroup.com.
The $5 price for the label will be deducted from the refund issued for the return of your new or used products. -

For a return & refund that occurs when a customer simply changes his/her mind about a product, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost. However, when you return&refund a defective product, the delivery cost will not be deducted.
Partial refunds may also be subject to additional delivery charges, and if the final price of the order with the partial refund is less than $50, a one-way shipping fee will be charged. -

Changing to installment payment after making a lump-sum payment is the same as changing the payment method, so it is impossible to change it. Otherwise, you can cancel the order first, then make a repayment.

It is not possible to change the payment method after placing an order. By cancelling the order, you can change the payment method and proceed with repayment.

Items in your shopping cart are kept for 14 days, after which they are automatically deleted.

Go to My Page > Order History to check, after logging in to the site. As a non-member, you can also check your order status through 'Order status' at the footer of the site.

Our courier companies are Fedex, USPs and UPS, and we offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more. Orders under $50 will be charged $4.95 for shipping. Expedited shipping is $17.95.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

You can change the shipping address in the steps before 'Product in Preparation'. It is not possible to change the shipping address after this step.
