Refund policy
We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at barneys-beauty.com within 30 days of purchase.
For returned products that comply with this Return Policy, we will refund the actual purchase price for the product(s) plus any tax paid, after deducting any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already issued and the prepaid return label fee (as applicable). The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded. Any membership points earned and associated with the returned product(s) will be deducted.
Once the returned products arrive at our distribution center, we will inspect the products and process the refund within 15 business days. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment used when the order was placed on barneys-beauty.com.
How to Return an Order:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note, all personalized and/or engraved items are final sale and non-refundable or Exchangeable. Barneys-beauty.com purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.
To start a return, you can contact us at cs@gloentgroup.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The $5 price for the label will be deducted from the refund issued for the return of your new or used products.
Please allow 15 business days of processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return. Barneys New York reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.

Note: We cannot process returns without both the invoice and return confirmation email included in the return package.
We do not take title to returned products until the item arrives at our distribution center, so we recommend that you insure your shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Note: We will dispose of any incorrect/mistaken returns, or returned products that do not comply with this Return Policy (e.g., products that are less than half full or missing any set components). No compensation will be provided for any disposed products.
If you wish to return a product purchased from our web site at barneys-beauty.com, please contact us at cs@gloentgroup.com. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.
Please use the original packaging, if possible.
Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.
For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.
Please note: Neither Barneys New York Beauty nor our parent company, GLOENT GROUP, are responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

When You Can Expect a Refund:
Processing time for returns is usually 10-15 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.
