Shipping methods and rates

Shipping offers are only valid on orders containing full price products shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. Gift certificates do not qualify for the promotion. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

Barneys-Beauty.com ships to US addresses only. Our expeded shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 5-8 days. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

 

1. Standard Shipping (5~7 business days)

- Complimentary shipping on all orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, standard rates apply; see costs at checkout.

2. Expedited Service (3~4 business days)

- Expedited shipping is $17.95.

Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States.

 

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

To change an order you have already placed, please contact us at cs@gloentgroup.com. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your ultimate satisfaction with Barneys New York Beauty is our goal. Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at barneys-beauty.com upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return. Products sold via barneys-beauty.com may not be returned to other store locations. Barneys New York Beauty products purchased in all other locations may not be returned to the Barneys New York Beauty eCommerce website.

 

Customers who purchase products from barneys-beauty.com may return them by mail. To start a return, you can contact us at cs@gloentgroup.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at cs@gloentgroup.com.

The $5 price for the label will be deducted from the refund issued for the return of your new or used products.

 

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase Barneys New York Beauty products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
